WHAT A FABULOUS FORTNIGHT!!
We have seen such growing success with clients who have followed our new Weight Loss and Detox program as well as our Fasting Program. In the next few weeks we will be sharing some of their success stories!! For now, it has been necessary to get a second printing of the programs and we are MORE than excited!!
It is NEVER easy to makes changes in our lifestyle, but many times it is necessary because of health issues or those NOT wanting to have health problems. The biggest success of these programs so far is that the end result is to make this new lifestyle FIT INTO YOUR LIFE and not you fit into a "forever diet". Living healthy and reaping the benefits need not be a burden - it should be DO-ABLE and enjoyable!!
Those that do this program have the opportunity to chat with us everyday if they want - we work together for success for them and this in turn brings encourages to Glenda and I.
CHRISTMAS PARTY!! Yes, it is that time of the year -why does it comes so quickly. Our end-of-the year party at the LOFT in Mount Evelyn is Sunday, December 11 from 2-5 pm.
