What a week – Qld is closing in on me and I am getting excited along with my nerves so that is good!!
I just would like to encourage you to make an effort to come to the workshops as well as let others know about them. Glenda and I are really looking forward to all our meetings and really hope to meet many of you!!

I am putting together a booklet of drinks called “Goodness In A Glass” and I would love to have ideas from many of you.
If you have a smoothie, veggie drink or food idea that is healthy, taste great and is good for you please send in your recipes. These can be drinks that are great for cleansing, building up the body, breakfast, snacks, desserts, or helpful healing. Anything good in a glass!!
Your ideas and recipes will go with the multitude I have gathered and I will put them in a booklet that will then be available to everyone later in the year.
