Just a quick not to remind you all that our next workshop is Sunday, August 16. We have Geoff Serrra coming to talk to us about dealing with flu shots, vaccinations and whether we should have them. Set the date aside, it will be a day of information and encouragement. We are also having a food demonstration by Maria Siragusa – I have eaten in her home and she is a wonderful chef!!
Don’t forget for those in Melbourne Dennis Alexander, a naturopath from Eastfield Natural Health Store is conducting four seminars. They are all at Park Orchards Medical Centre, 584 Park Road, Park Orchards, 3114. The cost is $25 for EACH one and the time for each is 7:30-9:30PM. Concessions available and a light supper is included. These will be very informative and excellent for learning.
