It is hard to believe how time is flying by – the weeks just seem to run into each other. We had a fantastic seminar in July full of great information. Our speaker has said he will get me some notes and when he does I will make them available to you.
Our next workshop is Sunday, August 16 and we have a speaker dealing with the subject of flu shots, vaccinations and whether we should have them. Set the date aside, it will be a day of information and encouragement. We are also having a food demonstration by Maria Siragusa – I have eaten in her home and she is a wonderful chef!!
For those in Melbourne you may want to put these dates on your calendar as well. Dennis Alexander, a naturopath from Eastfield Natural Health Store is conducting four seminars. They are all at Park Orchards Medical Centre, 584 Park Road, Park Orchards, 3114. The cost is $25 for EACH one and the time for each is 7:30-9:30PM. Concessions available and a light supper is included. These will be very informative and excellent for learning.
