Hi Everyone

The bible says 'My times are in your hands' Ps 31:15 and my mum also said nothing surprises God.  Well this week I realised very quickly that my time is in his hand and that I do get surprised by things that happen in my life.

On Wednesday I was talking on the phone to a client, when I fell going back into the office. My knee hit the step shattering the kneecap.  On Thursday evening I had surgery to repair it.  So currently I am writing this from my hospital bed. It is quite a sight.

On the positive many of the doctors and nurses have mentioned how well I am doing and how quickly I am responding to treatment.  I believe this has a lot to do with the healthy diet I have.  Thank God for good old BarleyMax.  At this stage I will be leaving the hospital and going to a rehabilitation centre for about 10 days. Glenda and Cathy will be taking care of the office to the best of their ability with the pressure of their family duties.

Thank you for your understanding and support of our business at this time.  If you do want to know more about my condition please ask the girls at the office, but in the meantime your prayers would be greatly appreciated.

We have some great thing coming up.  Firstly our last workshop for the year will be on the 6th of December at the Loft.  This is going to a great time of sharing and talking about what we can eat and cook for the festive season.
