We hade an awesome workshop yesterday at the Loft and appreciate all those that came and contributed in many different ways.
If you are interested in the notes given out at the workshop on the topic of “Understanding Bowel Cancer” please let us know and we will email them to you.
We are NOT having a workshop in NOVEMBER – the MAIN reason is that we are now in the process of “planning” for next year. If you were interested in having a workshop in your area would you please let us know???
If you are interested in helping to host a seminar in your area, please let us know as well!!! 2010 is just around the corner and we want to plan ahead.
If you are interested in hosting a seminar, we will send you a packet on what you can do, what we can do, and how together we can execute a well organized afternoon or evening of information, education and fun all centered around health and wellness.
WANT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE???? Health Minister, Donalee Halkett, Noosa, QLD is just the place to go this spring/summer. She runs NOOSA STAND UP PADDLE – it is called SUP-ing and it is calming and soothing to the soul. It is an enjoyable exercise with fresh air, sunshine and the serenity of Noosa’s natural beauty. NOVEMBER 1st – MASTER CLEANSE
I have had many people (including Glenda at the office) interested in the master cleanse and a group is planning to do the 10-day cleanse starting November 1st. If you are interested in joining the group, please let us know. Maz will be available to talk or email anyone doing the cleanse and be support and encouragement as you go along day by day. Just let us know if interested!!
