HEALTH is relinquishing all the ways that we treat our body lovelessly!!
Everyday I am asked questions concerning starting and staying on the Hallelujah Diet or a lifestyle that is similar - a lifestyle that promotes good health and wellness but all too often for many, it is difficult and trying at times. How do I deal with the fact that I have not taken good care of myself for months and my body is showing the effects of that action.
1. START AGAIN!! I have been there on more than one occasion since starting this lifestyle change 9 years ago. Remember failure is not falling down, it only happens when you STAY down. Make a decision to start over today and take action toward that decision.
2. MAKING IT WORKABLE!! The biggest comment I hear is that "I feel so much better when I am on BarleyMax regularly!! This is true - I know for myself it is true. It is one decision I made and will never change - I will take BarleyMax at least twice a day. When I am feeling not so great I up that dose. I would encourage you to make that decision - it is a foundational part of good health. THIS IS WORKABLE! (We are always doing the best we can to get this product to all our customers the most cost effective way possible.)
3. JUCING!! This is just the best way to get lots of different nutrients into your body daily. Many of you struggle with this process and I understand that as well, especially being on my own. So, on the days that I cannot juice because of work, travel, or just do not feel like it - I take either Trio Max (a combination of the three) or CarrotMax and BeetMax along with my BarleyMax. It is a fantastic supplement and gives the body a huge hit of nutrition. This alternative also makes juicing workable.
4. Fresh Air, Good Water, Sufficient Rest and Exercise !! These are all important yet again, not easy to put into our daily lives. My biggest struggle is exercise - I simply do not like it!! I have to make myself do any type of exercise, except walking the lake. :):) I am not always successful, but if I let time lapse in this area I just start again next week.
5. GRADTITUDE ATTITUDE!!! "You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you." A good thought and yes, I do try each day to put a smile on someone's face, reminding myself what a blessing it is to live in this great country and have the abundance of life as we do.

IF you have started and stopped - NO WORRIES!! Let's get back up, set up a plan-----A PLAN THAT IS WORKABLE. I believe this lifestyle must be workable and have worked hard to make it that way for me. Let's work together for your health and wellness, as well as those you love and care for.
So let's start the New Financial Year with a plan, not just for today or a month - a plan that is flexible and also has safety nets around in case we stumble.
