It is that time of year - at least here in Victoria!!  Cold and flu season has hit hard and fast.  I am receiving many calls from people that are struggling with various types of colds and flu symptoms.
I too, have had a bit of trouble with a sore throat that just seems to love me!!!  I have just a few thoughts to share:
  
1.  Drink plenty of good water and get sufficient rest.
