Raw Fruity Oat Bars
150g Dried Apricots 100g Dried Apple
2 Passion fruit, halved 2 tblp Lemon Juice
½ cup Rolled Oats ½ cup Slivered Almonds, toasted
¼ cup pumpkin seeds 2 tblp Linseed
1. Line a slice pan with baking paper.
2. Process oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and linseed until itresembles fine breadcrumbs. Transfer to large bowl.
3. Place apricots, apple, passion fruit pulp and lemon juice in afood processor. Process until smooth.
4. Add fruit mixture to dry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
5. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
6. Refrigerate, covered for 1 hour or until slice is firm.
May be toped is melted Carob or any another sauce.
