 Our hearts have truly been saddened and touched by the events of the last couple of days in Queensland.  There are many families and businesses suffering as the results of Cyclone Yasi and the aftermath of such a storm.  And now Victoria is flooding in many areas as well.

Summer Splendor Salad

Ingredients:

2 Ears of corn with kernels removed                  1 Cucumber, diced

1 red and 1 yellow bell peppers, diced               1 bunch of Cilantro

1/2 red onion, diced                                         2 ripe of Avocados, cubed

 

3 Stalks celery, diced

 

  

 

Mix all ingredients well.  Top wit Home Base Dressing. You can vary the ingredients with the seasons.
