This past few weeks we have been blessed with so many kind deeds of people we met as we travelled and did our workshops – life is short and filling it with kindness is such a wonderful gift. Thank you to you all!!

Our seminar here at the Loft on Depression was extremely informative. Robert did a fine job and we now have the Trimpack DVD available of the seminar for $7.95 – we are waiting for a call about the book and workbook if you are unable to attend the 8-week course. PROACTIVE HEALTH WORKSHOP – Tuesday, April 27th 7-9 pm This is a workshop for women where we will be talking about creative healthy ideas, getting more veggies into the family, women’s issues, catering for gluten free diets and much more. The cost is $30 per person or two people for $50. The night will also include a food demonstration. We will also have a free follow-up night on the 8th of June. There is minimum seating available and bookings are essential. It will be AT THE LOFT, MT. EVELYN

I am also putting the finishing touches on my Part II of my knee injury – I have my next surgery to remove the screws May 3rd and so will get Part II done as soon as possible. It will include what I am doing now to prepare myself for this surgery.
We often get so caught up in what we are doing that we forget to enjoy the journey as we travel. My heart’s desire for each of you is to find time each day or each week to truly contemplate the beauty of our world, the beauty of a butterfly or bug, the gracious love of family and friends and all we have to be grateful for in this country.
MAKE TIME TO TAKE TIME!!
