THE MIRACLE OF MAGNESIUM
Magnesium is vital to your health!! It activates and maintains over 300 different biochemical reactions in the body – normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism protein synthesis, heart health and bone density – which are just a few!
The body requires FIVE TIMES the amount of magnesium to calcium for calcium to be absorbed. Also, all the other major minerals depend on magnesium being present in sufficient quantities so that they can function.
