OPTIMAL HEALTH WITH KIDNEY CLEANSING
Your kidneys work extremely hard – your ENTIRE blood supply passes through your kidneys every 4 minutes!!!!! So much can go wrong if this process goes wrong.
As our bodies rebuild each day, our cells need good nutrition to come into our bodies and waste eliminated out and your kidneys are responsible for doing this. Kidneys that are clogged our sick effect your entire system as they are the key part of getting essential vitamins and oxygen to your cells and the waste and toxins out.
ALL organs in our body, and all CELLS in our body have the function of getting the good in and the bad out. There are only two ways to get the waste eliminated. The bowel removes the solid waste and the kidneys and bladder remove the liquid waste.
The kidneys top 5 primary functions:
1. Your kidneys clean ALL of the blood in your body every hour!! Each
kidney has a filtration system consisting of 30 billion cells. The total
tube length of each kidney is about 62 miles, all wrapped up in the size
of a fist. They are an extremely efficient filtration system. When they
are clogged or waste has build up, they can cause toxemia (dirty blood)
as well as heaps more problems like diabetes, hypoglycemia and iron
deficiency. This can also cause constipation – having pounds of fecal
matter in the bowel and being reabsorbed back into the blood. All of
this waste can lead to major kidney and bladder problems and disease.
2. Your kidney are responsible for the assimilation of vitamins into your
bloodstream. One of the best ways to get good nutrition into the system
is through juicing and BarleyMax – full of all the vitamins, minerals,
trace minerals, etc. needed for optimal health. But your body’s ability
to assimilate these great nutrients is only as good as your kidneys
capabilities will allow. Some of the results of poor kidney assimilation
is low blood sugar, high blood sugar, iron deficiencies, headaches, fatigue
low energy, etc.
3. Your kidneys regulate and control the production of red blood cells,
which carry oxygen to every cell in your body. Your red blood cells
must maintain a delicate balance in your bloodstream to support literally
thousands of basic functions in your body. If your kidneys are not
working efficiently, your red blood cell count will waver drastically
causing many breakdowns throughout the body. Signs of low red blood
cell count due to kidney dysfunction are increased bruising and bleeding,
frequent nausea, muscle twitching and cramps, fainting, shortness of
breath and pale skin.
4. Your kidneys regulate your blood pressure. Yes, HPB is the leading
cause of kidney disease. And this is a vicious cycle. Poorly functioning
kidneys cause HPB and HPB cause your kidneys to function poorly.
HBP causes the tiny capillaries in your kidneys to literally rupture and
scar, which greatly reduces your kidney’s ability to operate at peak
performance. Routing cleansing of the kidneys, along with a vegetarian
food program, will reduce your HBP, which in turn will reduce your risk
from heart attacks and strokes.
5. Your kidneys regulate the water, electrolyte and acid/alkaline balance
of the blood and, indirectly, all body fluids. The human kidney is a
water-run waste removal system. Much of the water that you consume
is necessary to clean the blood and flush waste material out of the body.
If your kidneys are sick, your risk of dehydration and heat stroke
increase dramatically. Also, when there is not enough water in your
body, the kidneys’ waste naturally becomes thicker and harder to move,
causing a buildup of toxins. And, our kidneys also regulate our system
when there is too much water in your body. If you suffer from chronic
edema, bloating, water retention or swelling of the eyes, ankles or feet,
your kidneys are definitely out of balance.
